BANK STRATEGIC PLAN 2025

To ensure the successful implementation of the Bank's Business Plan, the Bank is committed to continuing to provide the best products and services to borrowers, both new and existing. Broadly speaking, the Bank's short- and medium-term policy directions and strategic steps will refer to the following key strategic initiatives:

Increasing the Bank's credit growth through the following efforts:

Re-constructing the previously implemented business strategy to become a more effective business strategy, optimized based on productive marketing activities;
Optimizing the strategy by continuing to focus on the acquisition strategy (strategy to increase credit from new debtors) and optimization strategy (strategy to increase credit from existing debtors); and
Continuing efforts to simplify the credit process based on risk assessment, which is expected to accelerate the credit approval process while still paying attention to prudential aspects.

DPK optimization through efforts to

Continue strengthening the ALCO function in asset and liability management, thereby maintaining adequate Bank liquidity in line with the Bank's NIM target;
Continue to increase customers' daily banking transactions with the Bank; and
Apply reasonable interest rates that are in line with the Bank's funding strategy to customers (both existing and new).

Continuing efforts to increase revenue from foreign exchange transactions and fees and commissions;

Continuing efforts to strengthen the Bank's human resources to create an effective, competent, and highly productive organization through:

Learning, competency development, and management succession;
Review of employee productivity and compensation benefits;
Review of the organization and branding programs;
Competency and value development;
Improvement of performance management; and
Improvement of work processes through the HRIS system.

Controlling and managing non-performing loans, and optimizing the return on non-performing loans and written-off loans through:

Loan restructuring; and
Sale of debtor collateral assets for settlement.

Strengthening the Bank's capital by:

Maintaining the Bank's profit growth;
Improving credit quality to reduce the burden of credit impairment; and
Controlling dividend payments at a reasonable and acceptable level for shareholders.

Continuing the development of information technology with a focus on automation and security, implemented in the following efforts:

Replacing the Internet Banking system – phase three;
Updating and upgrading Core Banking hardware and software;
Integrating SWIFT MX ISO 20022;
Backing up Core Banking data on the Cloud;
Migrating Intramart to the Cloud; and f. Migrating to Microsoft 365 – phase 1.

Continuing the Bank's efforts to meet the Macroprudential Inclusive Financing Ratio (RPIM) by disbursing loans to micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) directly or indirectly, in accordance with the Bank's capabilities as a corporate bank;
Consistently implementing a risk-aware culture, including credit risk internal control, by improving credit analysis capabilities and conducting ongoing training on credit risk awareness for all employees, especially the Business Development Division, Credit Reviewer Division, and other related work units;
Continuing the Bank's efforts to implement sustainable finance actions that are aligned with the direction and strategy of the Resona Group, to jointly achieve the established sustainable development goals (SDGs);
Consistently implementing a culture of compliance, including the implementation of Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing programs as well as the Prevention of Proliferation Financing of Weapons of Mass Destruction (APU-PPT and PPPSPM); and
Continuing to improve and develop business processes based on the KAIZEN (continuous improvement) philosophy, so that from time to time the Bank will strive to continuously improve and develop business processes in all aspects.
